Shipping & delivery
Everything in the shop is 3D printed to order here on our farm in Fränsta, Sweden, and shipped with PostNord or DHL. This page tells you what shipping costs, where we deliver and how long it takes — from the moment you order until the parcel reaches you.

All shipping prices are stated, like our product prices, inclusive of 25% Swedish VAT (the Swedish Price Information Act, prisinformationslagen 2004:347). There are no hidden fees: the shipping cost is shown in your cart and itemised again in the Stripe checkout before you confirm payment, so you always see the total price before you order (the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, distansavtalslagen ch. 2 § 2).
Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver to Sweden and to all EU member states. For Sweden, the price and transit time on the first row of the table above apply; for every other EU country the EU row applies — the cost and transit time are the same regardless of which EU country the parcel is going to. You choose your delivery country in the cart and the shipping cost updates immediately. We do not currently deliver to countries outside the EU.
Production time — everything is printed to order
We keep no ready-made stock. Each item is printed once you have ordered it, with a production time of 2–14 days depending on the product — the exact lead time is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation. The transit time above is then added on top.
The total expected delivery time, from order to door, is therefore:
- Sweden: production 2–14 days + transit 2–5 business days — roughly 5–21 calendar days in total.
- Rest of the EU: production 2–14 days + transit 4–10 business days — roughly 8–28 calendar days in total.
Regardless of the estimates above, we always deliver without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of your order, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you (the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, konsumentköplagen 2022:260).
The transport risk is ours
The risk for the goods passes to you only when you — or someone you have asked to receive the parcel — have the goods in your possession (konsumentköplagen 2022:260). Until then, the risk is ours. If the parcel is damaged or lost in transit, that is our responsibility, not yours: contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you. The only exception is if you have independently engaged your own carrier — in that case the risk passes when the goods are handed to that carrier.
If your delivery is delayed
If we run late, we will contact you as soon as we can with a new delivery time. As a consumer you are entitled, in the event of a delay, to withhold payment and to demand that we complete the delivery. You may also cancel the purchase if the delay is of material importance to you, or if we fail to deliver within a reasonable additional period that you have set for us (konsumentköplagen 2022:260). If you cancel, we refund the full amount, including shipping.
