Feed-Saver Anti-Waste Insert

Hens are experts at flicking feed onto the floor – and feed in the bedding is money that attracts mice. This grid insert sits on top of open feed trays 25–30 cm in diameter and lets hens peck through the openings without billing feed out.

The openings fit a whole head but not scratching feet or sweeping beaks. Most keepers see noticeably less waste within a couple of days – and a noticeably grumpier rooster for the first few hours.
